Uganda Technical College Kyema-Masindi District

This college is among the five technical colleges in Uganda meant for implementing technical based skills to the students of Uganda through practical touch as it is emphasized by the ministry of education and sports.It offers different practical courses both on Diploma and Certificate level like Diploma in Civil engineering,Diploma in Mechanical engineering,Diploma in Electrical engineering and Diploma in Water engineering.Among certificate courses it offers certificate in building and concrete practice,Plumbing,Electrical installation,and Motor Vehicle maintenance.

Where is this college located?

It is located in Masindi district along Masindi-Kigumba road 5km from Masindi town and this road heads up to Murchison falls National Park.The best way to reach Masindi town is when you use Masindi-Gulu highway where by if you are coming from Kampala town it is called Bombo road which passes through Wandegeya-Kawempe-Bombo-Luwero-Nakasongola-Kafu then branch off to Masindi Town

Our Staff

We have a stable staff composed of strong,experienced and professional teaching and non teaching members who are ever willing to attend to their roles.

Our Furniture

We have enough furniture which can accommodate all the population of students admitted.Among the furniture we have wooden desks,chairs and Tables.

Our Premises

We have strong buildings which were built on strong foundations and are in good conditions plus the newly built buildings.Among the buildings we have the administration block,Lecture rooms block,Boys and Girls hostels,Main-hall ,library and computer laboratory.

Our Health

Our health at the college is good as we have modern kitchen, clean and stable toilets plus birth-rooms.We have good and clean treated water which is collected through pumping and reserved in our Tanks at the college.
